"The only issue I can try to reinforce here is that the online pre-registration software and process has a very inconvenient step. I had a "reminder" to complete pre-reg stuff at 7:23 pm the night before...for the first time. And worse yet, the documents needing to be signed CANNOT be signed within the documents...either in the messages link nor having to boot up my computer to deal with them. There is not a fill-in field for the required signatures in 3 documents...one 12 pages long. I had to download them, open them as PDFs, print off the final pages, sign (in blue ink to make it clear that I have done so) and walk them in (early, on purpose) for my appointment. It is not user-friendly and starts off the patient experience in a less-than-customer-focused way. And many people are simply not even capable of figuring that out and how to do so."
