"Hey, the doctors just leaving feedback. The doctor that saw me, I think her name was Heidi Townsend, did a phenomenal job. I was pretty uncomfortable. I had strep throat and she did a really good job of diagnosing it. seemed very compassionate. A lot of times the doctors feel cold. she even, when she left to go run the test, she even turned the lights off for me and extended the the chair so I could sit there with my legs up. And yeah, I just really appreciated that. A lot of times doctors just come across cold and calculate it a little bit. So it felt good to have a little bit of compassion when I was not feeling the best."

The nurse was so polite and listened to every word I said. She was very caring. Then Dr. Townsend came in to talk to me. She was extremely kind, very caring, and listen to everything I had to tell her. She treated me exactly how I wanted to be treated and I very much enjoyed my visit to the clinic. She prescribed me medication that is already working within 24 hours of me being there. she's wonderful and I hope she is there for a long time as I would definitely trust my healthcare to her."

"I am going through breast cancer treatment & injured my toe. Due to some immunity suppression from my meds, I wanted to be seen to get ahead of any infection that could set in. I had minimal wait time at Acute Care on a Sunday morning. The employee at the registration desk was delightful! My nurse was kind & created small talk that was pertinent to me. Dr Townsend treated me with respect & dignity & did not downplay my injury. If I wasn't taking the meds I'm taking, I never would have gone in so I appreciated that she understood my concern & prescribed an antibiotic prophylactically."

"Was seen promptly and receptionist, nurse, doctor, xray tech were very polite. Dr. Townsend told me that she did not see break or fracture. So she had nurse wrap my hand and said she would let me know if radiologist saw something on xray. This way did not have to wait in acute care for hour or so. The nurse called me later at home and filled me in on what radiologist said no breakage. Lot of arthritis. Appreciate all acute care staff and other employees. Thank you"

The nurse that called me with my final lab results cut me off and wouldn't let me ask follow-up questions."

I ended up having to go to my GP anyway and she seemed much more concerned/willing to do more to assist me. When I saw my GP today, she was very concerned and got me follow up appointments with the appropriate professionals. Kind of disappointed at how hit-and-miss the care in the Urgent Care department can be - sometimes the doctors are fantastic and other times not so much."

"I came in with left side stomach pain and had an assumption it was a kidney stone. I was sent to labs and X-ray and the doctor said my bloodwork looked normal and I had no blood in my urine. I ended up in the ER where they read the results and said I did have blood in my urine and then had to get a CT scan and they were able to see the kidney stone."

However, Influenza A has been prevalent in the area and nothing was mentioned about it to me which is surprising considering the symptoms are very similar. Did not return to work immediately but if I had, and if I did have influenza A, I question whether I would I have been contagious to my co-workers? I think this should have been something discussed with me at the office visit."
