"The doctor herself, Haley, and her nurse were amazing. They were nice, knowledgeable, and efficient. The only issue I had was with the physical therapy receptionist and the girl training. They weren't not friendly, acted like I was inconveniencing them simply by being there, and the girl training literally tossed a pen through the window in front of me, she didn't even hand it to me, which was extremely rude. I hope if I have to return to this location, I only have to be seen by the doctors and nurses, not the physical therapy receptionists."

"Nurse and Haley were amazing to work with. However the receptionist was not the friendliest and made sure to rub in how I have not been to the doctor since 2022 multiple times. Also when calling in I first asked if any times were available that day and there wasn't, which I get, but she never offered me other days or first available. I had to ask her to look, it was like she didn't want to take the time to look further until I asked. We usually go to Dubuque because we can never get in Dyersville clinic."
