I needed to do a pre-employment appointment and I was on a break from my job that I had to have them write a letter for my employer to believe that I just literally sat at a doctor's office for two hours. I sat for an hour and a half before my name was even called and I asked them, do you know how much longer it will be? We don't have any idea, we're short staff. Maybe if they would have led with that when I came in, it wouldn't have been so annoying or frustrating of an experience. But it was, and there was only one doctor and one nurse. and you have a clinic."
