The nurse who called & left a very vague message & no name to refer back to, I called back and requested to speak with her & she was unavailable. I requested that she call me when she is available. She has not bothered calling me back. Dr Weig originally prescribed the Dupixent for me while she was at Grand River Medical and it is in my list of prescriptions at Medical Associates. I have formally requested twice already that my medical records be transferred from Grand River to Medical Associates. I'm not sure who this no name nurse in dermatology is but her lack of professionalism should be formally discussed with her and corrected in the future."

That didn't seem to matter much. The person centered care I was expecting was not there. Nor having any opportunity to establish or build a trusting relationship involving quality care was missing. I would hope the signing of the form to have my records transferred to Medical Associates Clinic will give me greater confidence with future appointments in that there will be a greater awareness of my past medical concerns related to skin issues."
