I can deal with a red spot for some time, but to have it all the time on my face, no, I wasn't too happy about that. Really, if you had any questions about skin care, you had to ask her everything before she would tell you any information, then I'm not sure if that information was true or not. And then also with the creams, well, you could use it, but it's $50 some dollars. I'm not sure if it would work. So really, going to see her was ?"

Don't if that just happens to be the case when I'm at the infusion center. Curtains provide V as much privacy as can be in this situation. The nurses are professional and helpful."

And I did notice that when the doctor was speaking to me, she spoke very loudly, so it felt as though she was shouting at me and that my ears are extra sensitive, so that kind of hurt. Otherwise, it was okay."

I have formally requested twice already that my medical records be transferred from Grand River to Medical Associates. I'm not sure who this no name nurse in dermatology is but her lack of professionalism should be formally discussed with her and corrected in the future."
