"1st of all I was thankful for her fitting me in. I think we started out with miscommunication. I think I was cut off explaining my purpose of seeing her. I have eye mites and wanted to get something to use on my face because it was itching most of the time since I began the Xdemvy drops for my eyes. And yes I did wonder if they may have spread near my nose and mouth. I excepted her response of no. However, she took what I perceived a very light swipe and resulted in showing no mites. And she was very adamant about that. I had and still have them. I still have a couple weeks left before the 6-week doses of Xdemvy are done. I learned of this condition from a yearly eye exam. I never expected anything like this. I thought I'd just find out if my vision was worse or my cataracts. She made me sound like I was imagining this whole thing. And she repeated again, that there were no mites and get my esophageal man(?) at UW Madison the next day. UW wanted me to reschedule until I was finished taking the remainder of 6-week drops. If I had gone before calling them I would have gone for nothing. She had no right to talk to me the way she did. She made my eye doctor look like she misdiagnosed me, which she did not! I would like to talk to someone about this matter. I have photos of my eyes. I'm not sure if I know how to send them here. I'll be happy to show them in person. I'm 73 years old. I think it's time to listen to seniors and stop thinking we're there to waste their time. If she didn't have time for me she should have just said no. I feel disrespected and insulted. I will be increasing my Medical Associates Insurance to include city wide coverage so I can find another dermatologist because I also wanted to later on get some nasty moles removed. I'm disappointed and saddened to be treated so unprofessional. My trust has been tested. She failed."

"I went to my checkup and I complained that my mole was itching and it had been itching for about two weeks and she listened very nicely and had said that there was no real reason why we need to remove it and I said well my gut is we kind of need to remove it because it's just really bothering me. So she very kindly did remove my mole, had two more beside it. She wasn't worried about those. We left those. So my results came back and I got those back today and the cells were not cancerous but they're like the in-between. Sorry, another professional boarding, but something to watch and should be concerned about. So I did ask, well, I probably should get those other two moles removed as well because that was my concern being that they're right next to it. And the girl was like, oh, no, no, we just have to come back next year. And then the girl also said that she did a full body scan on me because she wrote in the chart and there was no full body scan on me. So my personal opinion is, is that"

She said, oh, you can live with the mark about a quarter size, or if I had to remove it, you'd have a red spot. So really, what is the difference? I can deal with a red spot for some time, but to have it all the time on my face, no, I wasn't too happy about that. Really, if you had any questions about skin care, you had to ask her everything before she would tell you any information, then I'm not sure if that information was true or not. And then also with the creams, well, you could use it, but it's $50 some dollars. I'm not sure if it would work. So really, going to see her was ?"

"The experience has been very good. We started a little rocky, but there have been improvements. No TV for people has been helpful. Don't if that just happens to be the case when I'm at the infusion center. Curtains provide V as much privacy as can be in this situation. The nurses are professional and helpful."
