"Was told to be there 30 minutes prior to my appointment time to do UDS prior to physical and lab draw. My physical was scheduled for 9am. I got there early about 8:20. It wasn't until after 9:10 that I was called to do my UDS. I was then sent back to the waiting room to get called for my physical. I was not called back for that until after 9:30, and that might be generous in time. Overall it seemed they were overbooked for the amount of staff they had. I would have appreciated a call to let me know not to worry about coming in early and just to come at my scheduled time. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable it was just not a smooth process"
