"Hi, good evening. I really enjoyed my visit with Ellie. I was just so impressed with her professionalism, but also just her, you know, she's just very personable. So, yeah, was able to help me with my hair and skin condition that I went in with, but also can be really uplifting for your mental health when you have someone that's such a pleasure to work with. So the providers are fantastic. The only area for improvement, and I see this all across medical associates clinics, the individuals that are getting me started and quite frankly, I don't even know if they're nurses or medical assistants because they don't even bother to introduce themselves and say who they are and what role they play. So that could definitely use some improvement, but the providers are ?"

"I initially made or tried to make an appointment back in December, but was told that you are a specialty clinic and that I couldn't make that appointment. I'd have to see my general practitioner first and have them help me. So I would re-look at that verbage and maybe be a little bit more customer focused on that aspect. But overall, once I got to my general practitioner, they got me in right away, which was nice. But it would just be nice if we could make our appointments as well and not have to wait three to four months or be told that you have to see your general practitioner first because you're a specialty clinic. "Though appointments were available sooner, reception wanted to schedule out to allow time for record transfer and review, which was ok with me. I was unsure from my appointment if my records were reviewed, or reviewed completely due to questions. This is my 3rd dermatologist. First time that no pictures were gathered for baseline documentation, and noticed paper charting. I was expecting more in-depth initial visit. Provider was very friendly. I do have a follow up appointment scheduled and will continue to give them a college try. Hoping that it does workout long term as I'm not satisfied with the past provider I was with for a long time."

"Renee [REDACTED] was my nurse and was fabulous as always, Ellie was an excellent communicator and I knew I was in good hands immediately, there does seem to be longer than normal wait times when calling in for appointments. I normally see [REDACTED] but was told she couldn't get me in until February. I'd never wait that long when my chief complaint and reason for the appointment was due to a potential skin cancer lesion. Luckily I called back up and asks for a nurse rather than reception and was able to get in four days later instead of 4 months!"
