"My appointment was at 8 am, I was 15 minutes early, went back shortly after arriving, Nurse did her stuff and then told me someone had snuck in without appointment so I would have to wait while my doctor did that patient. Not sure what it was but I was first patient with appointment so I should have been seen first and then the patient that came in without appointment. If it was an emergency then they should go to hospital. The nurse did know that I had to go to work after my appointment."
