    "I grew up with Dr. King in Cuba City, and whenever he did an x-ray, he brought it in, and we looked at it together. And I went through the x-ray process, but I didn't get to see the x-ray. And so I just think that would be a good part of care if the patient could see the x-ray with the provider. This was a PA, I believe, that I saw. She was very friendly. And I was in pain for, well, it's been 10 days now. And I'm just on Tylenol, and I just, I'm so grouchy because of it. In the past, they always gave me hydrocodone, and I could at least live, you know. And I really, I don't know what the regulations are that made that not a normal standard drug anymore, but it seems ridiculous that somebody has to suffer in that kind of pain for that long. And that was my only gripes about the whole process. And it was slow. You guys didn't have enough providers, but you can't help that. There's not people to work. There's not people to work. Thank you."

    "They made me feel that my symptoms were insignificant . I checked in at approximately shortly after 3:30 PM. I went to x-ray probably shortly after 345 . shortly after 5 PM, I let them know that I had to go home and to please call me with the results. They said that would be fine . At around 6:30 or so. I called back and there were no results yet. I really needed to get my results because I didn't know if I could go to work or not pending the x-ray results. I finally got a call approximately at 7:45 PM. I got a call from the nurse. I can't remember her name, but I think it was [REDACTED] and she was in quite a hurry and talking really fast about my results. I was disappointed that the PA doctor did not call me back. I wanted to ask more questions. It's really sad that I didn't get my results to 7:45 PM at night when I had to let my place employment know that I would not be at work by 11 PM. That really leaves my employee shorthanded to find my replacement leaves it was gonna take so long to get my results from radiology I should've got a call or an update letting me know that it was gonna take this long. Told me to Follow Up With orthopedic which I did but Shannon Davis Weis was out of office until I think 8/18."

    "Urgent Care experience was fine, but our visit involved an ER trip for a CAT scan. The wait for results was inexcusable, beyond the 90 minute turn around time for a doctor to read the results. The Urgent Care staff were waiting, we were waiting. The entire visit turn into almost 6 hours. I wish urgent care/medical associates could extend their hours later in the evenings (including access to labs) to avoid ER visits unless for real emergencies. Mercy's ER needs to revamp their processes or add staff."

    "Restroom was not clean. There was a puddle of pee on floor in front of the toilet. I cleaned it up with paper towels and the shelf where you set the specimen was dirty. (Pee?) These rooms should be checked out after each person uses them."

    "Coughing is still extreme but not as often. Taking OTC flu and cold caplets per box directions. Still chest rattle, and phelgm is rarely coughed up. Secretions are very thin. ? Unlike any bronchial condition I've ever had. At least I did not have pneumonia which was my concern."

    "We were there for over two and a half hours, and it's not because they were busy. The department got us in and out quickly, as did x-ray, but we had to wait for a radiologist to read the x-rays, and they were not on campus at all. She either said the doctor was reading it in Indiana or India. My husband and I both heard different, so I'm not sure where, but I think that's a sad situation. I'm a retired nurse. That's really sad when people, there should be somebody closer that can read that and not make people wait. We would have been out of there two hours earlier had someone been able to look at our x-ray. And that would be my only complaint. Thank you."

    "I was treated very well by this doctor in acute care. However, they were not able to take care of my problems, so they sent me to the ER where I was disregarded by the doctor that was on staff, didn't check any of my vitals, basically brushed me off."

    "She was very, very nice. She listened to my concerns, and I definitely had a lot of concerns. And she was telling me, you know, feedback of things, but the only thing was, was due to the situation when I came in with, it was past what she can do at that time. So she did go out her way and refer me to... for my appointment to see if she could expedite it sooner. And I really appreciate that because I've been struggling with this for a very long time. I just, I liked her. She was very nice. She made me feel very comfortable. And it's for the last two years, even dealing with this, it might even be more, I have been very insecure. And she just made me feel like, you know what I'm saying? I could be myself again and be honest about my situation. And she didn't judge me for anything. And on top of that, you know, she just treated me like a kind, decent human being. And I find that"

    "Not sure the first question applies as I went to the walk-in clinic. I thought the entire process was fairly quick. I did wait in the room for over 1/2 hour but brought a book so kind of expected that. The labs and X-rays were super fast as were the results. Never want to spend 2 hours in acute care right after work but better than the ER which most likely would have taken all night."
