"I came into the clinic unexpectedly, without an appointment to learn how to improve the settings of my hear aides. The technician was very gracious in fitting me into her day without an appointment and competently explained how to monitor the sound levels of my aides through the cell phone. She also taught me how to change the filter, which was new information to me...or I was on "information overload" when they did teach me about it originally. In any case, job well done! It's a joy to hear well....and I appreciate your clinic enormously. I don't know the name of the audiologist, but she was very kind and helpful."

"It was extremely frustrating! What should have been a simple exchange of my present hearing aides for manufacture update turned into an hour and fifteen minute problem. I left with the loaners and the right hearing aide after a night of charging only lasted 2 hours. I had to put it back in the charger and do with out till it was charged. Dionne had the same problem with the right hearing aid. I need BOTH hearing aides working to hear!"
