Then I had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment to have them programmed to my phone app. 5 weeks for assisted hearing to be reestablished. Unacceptable in my opinion. Please review staffing in this important department."

"She has a routine she follows and doesnt like to listen. She blatantly lied about the hearing aids she sold me and then told me I have to specify i want them to bluetooth to my phone. As she told me she's a post menopausal 54 year old woman and she certainly acts like it. I came in with phonak hearing aids that worked well and left with Resound that did not work. She knew or should have known there where problems but stalled me beyond the return period and now she says its my fault. When she's done with you she goes and opens the door for you to leave whether you're ready or not. She really does not want to listen to you or at least hear what you're saying. I've had hearing aids for 30 years and have never had to go back 5 times for problems with them. While she may have been good at one time she seems burned out only going thru the motions. Im terribly disappointed with this person and that nobody has called her on her attitude."

"Recovering from sinus infection (yes I took all the antibiotics) had seemed to really affect my hearing. Dionne cleaned my hearing aids. She checked for wax and was ok. Suggested Acute Care to see about fluid in the ear. I got in to see a Dr. in Galena due to a cancellation. She felt the Eustachian tubes were clogged. So I am on medication for that. Hopefully that clears it up."

"I came into the clinic unexpectedly, without an appointment to learn how to improve the settings of my hear aides. The technician was very gracious in fitting me into her day without an appointment and competently explained how to monitor the sound levels of my aides through the cell phone. She also taught me how to change the filter, which was new information to me...or I was on "information overload" when they did teach me about it originally. In any case, job well done! It's a joy to hear well....and I appreciate your clinic enormously. I don't know the name of the audiologist, but she was very kind and helpful."
