Site did not reveal Dubuque location when searched. Once I called the reception desk, I was scheduled immediately to be seen only with only a 50 minute wait. Staff was great."

"Experience was great. Perhaps more timely digital notifications need to be made about appointments made on that day. An appointment was made for me with a dermatologist and I received a call from that dermatologist to make an appointment later in the day. The same thing happened with a Mammagram. I made an appointment for the mammogram. The next day I received a call asking to schedule. This is certainly not a major item, but it's just such a waste of time for healthcare workers who are already over taxed."
