"Courtney Ambrosy was the P.A. that took care of me and she couldn't have been kinder or more thorough. She seemed to have read my file and was very aware of my health history. She listened carefully to me and explained what she was going to do and why. We need more P.A.'s just like her and doctors, also. She was professional and compassionate and I felt I was in safe hands. I told her never to change. However, you need to improve your dressing rooms for X-rays and mammograms. I had a spasming back and was in terrible pain. I had to completely undress for X-rays. For elderly persons, there needs to be a bar in the dressing room for something to hold on to. Those cushy hassocks give no support for an elderly person. Chairs are needed. Once down on them, you sink, and have nothing to hold on to to get up. It was an impossible task to undress completely with a spasming back and nothing to hold onto or nothing to sit on. Please consider chairs and a bar on the wall to hold on to or help a person stand."

"I got right in to see the provider, she sent me to lab. I went back to see the provider after lab, where I waited for over an hour and a half. I had to ask the receptionist how much longer as many people came and went. She came back and said I was next, I then watched them set my folder on the side. My lab was a simple urin test which when I took a home test was 2 minutes. They need a better system so sick patients are not left in the waiting room because they were overlooked."

I had to go for X-ray and again didn't wait longer than 15 minutes. The PA told me to go home and rest and followed up with results so I didn't have to wait in pain. Such a great experience!"

So yeah, I hope we don't get charged for this visit or who we're going to get charged for seeing, but really, there was a rash we wanted looked at and they wanted to give the baby a strep test and the baby was hungry and needed to go home and get fed. So we left because the baby didn't have a fever, didn't have respiratory symptoms, didn't have anything that it needed a strep test for anymore. All we needed was a rash looked at and no one was really listening to us about that. the baby was hungry and started crying because it needed to go."

"I was told to retake my finger. I told the person that I am alone. She stated to make sure you hold the covering securely so it doesn't move or I'd have to begin the 60 days to be in the splint all over again. I told her I couldn't do that by myself. I suggested going to urgent care for this. She simply gave me paperwork. I need to have someone else tape my finger. It seems the best solution is to go to urgent care for this."

I'm 92 years old and I never had arthritis before that I know of. Anyway, and they gave us that I could pick up at Walmart, so I had my niece pick it up, but it was useless. It didn't help me at all. And anyway, I found some stuff in my closet, or my niece did for me, that seems to be helping me today."

"It was a long day in Acute Care but they did a great job getting me from labs, x-rays, ultrasound and back to doctor to make a diagnosis. I ultimately had to have surgery but they made sure my transition from each area went smoothly."

"The staff and Dr were all great! My problem was I had a crushed vertebrae and it was VERY painful and it took over an hour to get xray results back so she knew what to do. Also she had to call spine specialist and that took quite a while but they had to relay because he was in surgery so that's understandable. But xray results should not take an hour or more to read! While I have you attention I have another problem. My daughter saw someone in acute care and they said she needed to see an obgyn so I called medical assoc to get appointment and see that you took well mark insurance they said yes we do. But when I tried to schedual an appointment obgyn said they dont have to take that insurance. Seems to me medical assoc says they take it ALL of medical assoc should take it."

My overall experience was seamless and coordinated, from Acute Care check-in, lab and x-ray, through finalizing & home-care instructions. It is my professional opinion that Courtney would appear to be a significant asset to the organization. One thing that could be improved on is when the nurse or aide is initially rooming patient and beginning to ask about medications being current or updated. When I was asked if my 'meds were current or updated,' as nurse looked at laptop, I didn't know what she was seeing listed for my medications, so it felt awkward as I couldn't see the list she was referencing. Perhaps I was technologically lacking in my responsibility to make sure they were current via patient portal before appointment which, in hindsight, would've been helpful. But being unwell, I didn't think of it or put energy into that. Nurse did proper to address meds, but the opening to it was bumpy."

So thankfully I went back in Monday morning and this doctor was so thoughtful and kind and gave me medicine that had me feeling better that day!
