"My name is [REDACTED]. My first visit was supposed to be with Dr. Olbink and it was scheduled June 16th. That was canceled. Then it was scheduled July 24th. That was canceled. And then because he had surgery, I understood that. So when they scheduled me for August, I asked, I said, is that gonna be canceled? They said, it may be if he gets emergency call. They said the next time would be October. I said, well, is that going to be canceled also? It could be. So I said, can you give me somebody, a surgeon there that is not on call that day because I need to be seen. I said, I was seen by a health provider on May 28th and said, I need to get to somebody as soon as possible. And only because my husband called Medical Associates is the only reason I got the appointment on July 14th and got a different surgeon. So, um."

You team should be educated on caring for patients with moderate dementia, new and uncomfortable setting lead to agitation.
