"Hi, good morning. Yeah, just good feedback on Dr. McCullaugh as always. One issue, though, I work in healthcare myself and it seems to be pretty consistent across some of the medical associates clinics where a nurse pulling you back to get started for the visit. Well, to be honest with you, I don't even know if it's a nurse because they don't introduce themselves. They don't share with you their name or their title. So I definitely feel like from that aspect, you feel much more like a number than a person. But, you know, again, my experience with the MDs and the nurse practitioners is not that. It's more professional from the providers, but have some work to do on the nursing end, I would say. So, okay, thank you."
