"I really like the provider, she was great and explained everything she was doing. I was disappointed with the scheduling side. I originally made an appointment with a different provider at this clinic for Jan 2025 at the end of Sept 2024 because I wanted a specific time. However, a few weeks ago I received a letter in the mail saying the provider was gone the day of my appointment and my appointment was moved to a different day and time that was very inconvenient. I was very disappointed I didn't receive a phone call trying to reschedule. I ended up seeing a different provider, the one I saw today. It ended up working out okay and I really liked this provider but I was disappointed with the scheduling side."

"I was [REDACTED] patient and so when I scheduled an appointment I thought it was at the East Campus. I received a text that it was at 1500 Associates Drive. I called to confirm, and it was at Associates Drive. I was 5 minutes late but called them to tell them the mix up. My appointment was at 3:20. I rushed over and sat in the waiting room until 4:05. Patients have the curiosity to let the office know when we are running late but we are not give them same curiosity. The Dr. did say sorry to keep you waiting. It would of been nice to have a nurse come in and let me know "hey we are running behind." I would have appreciated that."
