"The texting process you have for arrival seemed to work well and everyone was nice that I talked to. Only main problem is that I need surgery, and the Dr. told me he was 4 to 6 weeks out for scheduling and that the nurse would set an actual date. The nurse came in and said I can't get scheduled until March 25, 2026. Twelve weeks is way too long to wait and is a lot longer than what the Dr. said. Do I have any other options?"
