"I would like to know why the clinic has stopped their reminder phone calls because I think that was very helpful for anyone that's older. Our appointments are often made a year in advance and that reminder phone call helped us keep our appointment. That's the only thing I would like. I think that would be a much better thing to have for the clinic instead of these surveys that come each and every time we go in to see the doctor."

"In December 2025 I was referred to Surgery for a colonoscopy. The first step was a consultation that was scheduled, then rescheduled by the provider to today. The procedure is now scheduled for October 30, ten months from the original referral. I am disappointed with the delay."

"They told me to go have a seat at labs so I did. I sat there for 30 minutes, so I went to surgery receptionist and she said dud you check in at labs. I'm like no I wasn't told that, was just told to go have a seat at labs. Checked in at labs and still sat there another 30 minutes. Lab tech came out and I'm like seriously. He had nothing on me so I say for an hour at lab waiting for container! Ugh!"

I just showed up even though they were going to try and reschedule this again. "The texting process you have for arrival seemed to work well and everyone was nice that I talked to. Only main problem is that I need surgery, and the Dr. told me he was 4 to 6 weeks out for scheduling and that the nurse would set an actual date. The nurse came in and said I can't get scheduled until March 25, 2026. Twelve weeks is way too long to wait and is a lot longer than what the Dr. said. Do I have any other options?"
