I simply am trying to continue my personal definitive focus on my physical/endocrine challenges and their respective management. If the doctor can not keep to the stated appointment time then they shouldn't schedule appointments so close together. People have other things to take care of in their lives and that is why they schedule appointments. If I would have been 35 minutes late my appointment would have been canceled. I didn't get refunded my deductible for the doctor being late"

"The system the cardiology department uses is rigid regarding late arrivals. One minute after the 15-minute late time is inflexible and not serving patients. The receptionists follow the protocol directed by the manager. They try very hard to accommodate. They are over-worked and short-handed every time I go in for an appointment. The nurse and doctor are stellar. They all are the best but the structure of the department lacks adequate receptionists and flexibility."
