"Told to return the next day for a chest X-ray as lung was not fully reinflated. On return no one knew about it and would not order a chest X-ray for 2 weeks when lab results were released. This appt was to check re-inflation. Lab not needed. Sent me home without expected treatment. I live in Platteville so was NOT happy to have made the trip in vain. Staff need to get their act together."

"First off, I thoroughly enjoyed that automated check-in that you have set up. My son keeps telling me that I am the most technologically challenged person on the face of the earth. And even though I understand very little of modern technology, it was still able to set up that automated check-in process and it worked extremely well. Then, it is nice to be listened to. I mean really listen to. It not only shows an interest but a deep respect for the person whom you are listening to. And that makes the experience that much more enjoyable. It also leaves the patient walking away with a sense of accomplishment. Knowing that the doctor actually listened and proceeded according to not what they thought necessarily, but based on your needs as well."

I do realize I need to get a CT scan earlier in the day and see the doctor later so the results are there when I have my doctor's appointment. I think that they should be able to let me make it the same day."
