And even though I understand very little of modern technology, it was still able to set up that automated check-in process and it worked extremely well. Then, it is nice to be listened to. I mean really listen to. It not only shows an interest but a deep respect for the person whom you are listening to. And that makes the experience that much more enjoyable. It also leaves the patient walking away with a sense of accomplishment. Knowing that the doctor actually listened and proceeded according to not what they thought necessarily, but based on your needs as well."

This year when I went to make an appointment for next year the reception is would not let me make them the same day. I explained to her that I was able to do it for this year's appointment and she still would not schedule me for the same day. I do realize I need to get a CT scan earlier in the day and see the doctor later so the results are there when I have my doctor's appointment. I think that they should be able to let me make it the same day."
