"The electronic check out did not work. When I got to the point when I needed to sign, it would not allow a signature. I checked in at registration when I arrived. When I told the staff about not being able to sign, they informed me that several people had that problem as well. Before this appointment, when the electronic registration came to me but did not require a signature, it worked perfectly. This new part about the signature did not work for me. I appreciate being able to sign in in advance."

"I was scheduled for a cat-scan on 5/5/26. I had to drink some baruim for the scan. I drank it approximately 1 hours before scan, no problem. I them had some lab work. At my scheduled time they told me my creatine levels was too high and therefore unable to do the scan. The lab work should have been done first. I drank the baruim first, seems backwards to me. This was a waste of your and my time."

"A month or so ago when I first called Jackson County Regional Health Center to find out which dermatologist comes to Jackson County I was given a number to call. (In davenport, I have a dermatologist and I wanted another one.) So i called and made an appointment for a dermatologist. I was asked for what reason and I told them. I actually did not know the name of the doctor so I couldn't Google. However, I did Google the address itself in Dubuque, (I just didn't know who I was having) So I waited and waited for the appointment When I was checking in at Jackson County Regional Center I said I was here for my dermatology appointment and she quickly said something like we don't have a dermatologist and we have an allergist in it. I didn't know what she meant because that's not who I had scheduled an appointment with (or so I thought) Little did I know I now have to get another appointment, to go to a dermatologist. (Which is what I requested in the beginning, a month or so ago). Though the doctor and staff was very kind and knowledgeable I had not asked for an allergist So now I'm waiting again and still no solution"
