"I was referred to Dr.li to do a second cut on biopsy freckle that was diagnosed as melanoma in initial sample. Instead of removing more tissue to he told me this visit was to determine a treatment plan. I have had multiple visits to do this in the past and have never had a consultation. The visit always just to remove tissue and to get cleaned boundaries. What a waste of money for a consultation."

"I was referred to surgery by my General Practitioner who is in the same clinic. It took 3 weeks to get in, then the doctor wanted to refer me to another surgeon. I accepted only to find out when making the appointment at the front desk that this surgeon was booked out over a month. Then a received a call saying my appointment had to be pushed out another 2 weeks. Waiting that amount of time (2 months) for medical care is unacceptable."

While I might not always like their response, I appreciate their care and genuine support."
