"I'd like to say that the provider, Dr. Lee, was excellent. I really enjoyed meeting him and getting information. However, getting scheduled for this appointment was the royal problem. I was scheduled and then I was rescheduled by Medical Associates. And then when I showed up for the second time, they told me that I was 20 minutes late and they couldn't see me. In fact, I was on time. In fact, I had received four text messages that day that said what time I was supposed to be there. but they had me down from an earlier time, which I know was not true. And they still wouldn't honor, even though I had a text message from Medical Associates that said what time I was supposed to be there, and it was that time. And they rescheduled me anyway. It's a long way to drive for an appointment. It was very frustrating. So scheduling is a problem. Clearly, the automated text messages are off from what the secretaries had on their computer, and that's a big problem. And I know it was not my error."

We went back & they asked us if we needed help. Not very professional for a first post op appointment from a very serious surgery."
