"The pre-surgery experience today was good and I expected and received the same quality as in the past. But SEVEN MONTHS for a surgery appointment is NOT acceptable, even for Dubuque. I asked about the number of surgeons and was told they are down to three and Unity Point has none. Please let me repeat the basic message: SEVEN MONTHS for a routine surgery is not acceptable."
