For my Jan 2025 East campus endocrine appt that was scheduled for 8am no registration staff were available to help check in for the appointment until just after 8am although 3 were sitting there they said they couldn't help until 8am. As a RN myself I have to question why schedule an appointment for a time before checkin staff can help and keep the patients waiting in line? Not customer friendly practices. At least have 1 that can start about 10-15min before 1st appointment to keep timely,"
