"They were extremely prompt and quick to get us checked in, called into a room, and seen. I've never had a more expeditious service at a healthcare facility, ever. I'm not sure if we just lucked out in showing up New Year's Eve less than an hour before close, or this facility is always this prompt, but it was not the game of sit and wait that I'm accustomed to at most urgent cares/dr's offices, nor did I feel like they were rushing us out or like we were an inconvenience. It seriously stood out to both me and even my 7rd old. In and out, staff were helpful and kind, couldn't have asked for more."

"My initial visit with Dr. Ann was very good and informative. However, after a couple days, I was still having severe pain in my injured knee and I called a care to see if I could leave a message for Dr. Ann or come back in to see her. And they said, well, you've already had x-rays, that's all we can do. You'll have to go to your personal care physician for a follow-up. I called my personal care physician's office and they, at Medical Associates, and they gave me an appointment like three, four weeks away, which will be unhelpful to me as I'm in pain still and over the holiday will be in pain. So that was my sadness about ?"

"Not satisfied with how diagnosis was treated. Explained I had sores in my mouth she didn't even care to look. Blood work should've been done in this situation but just urine culture. I paid my co pay sent to lab for urinalysis came back gave urinalysis results and with other health problems going on at this time for myself she said "oh glad to see they could get you in so soon" jokes on her. I've been sick for 4 months with this issue only getting worse and my appointment for surgery was moved 3 times! It was like a revolving door office visit which only cost more money for 5 min of her time."
