"I was lectured before I even got into any discussion with the provider about being 3 min late. When really there was someone in from of me when I arrived and I waited for the receptionist to get off the phone. I was told it was my fault we couldn't get through everything in my visit."

"I felt that requiring an xray that will not confirm the diagnosis (meniscus tear) is a waste of resources. I still need another test, still unscheduled, (MRI) to confirm diagnosis. That is not necessarily on the staff, but a policy problem."
