"I wish I had done a better job communicating expectations for this visit. I'm looking for answers about my condition, but I think my nurse practitioner and her supervising physician are taking a more "wait and see" approach and waiting for my condition to flair up again before doing any further testing or research. Maybe I'm misunderstanding what's reasonable or even possible to test at this time. But unfortunately I'm left feeling like my visit was a waste of everyone's time and money. Perhaps this could have been prevented with better communication."

However, what started getting downright annoying was I was told FOUR times that I had to pay and twice that I'd be taken to Deanna to settle my account immediately. It was offensive."
