"It has been quite some time that i have been seen at Acute Care and was hesitant to try it again for this reason. It is very frustrating that you put a patient in a room and make them wait for almost an hour in a room when they dont feel good. Why load all the rooms with patients when there is only one doctor, maybe 2. Why not call in like 5 at a time. Most doctor visits don't last more than 10 -minutes anyway. The last thing a person wants to do is to sit in a room and have to wait extremely long and feel like you have been overlooked or forgotten."

"I wish the Doctor could have taken a little more time to explain what else I could do to help with my symptoms besides the just the prescription like over the counter items. I gave her a list of the things I had tried and maybe say do this and stop this. I think I am getting better."
