"I just have one complaint. After the nurse check, you know, was in there in the room, I had to wait like 20, 25 minutes for the Dr. Alison to come in. And I just got tired of waiting, but I remember the last time here, a month or so ago, I had to wait that long, too. I just didn't. And they didn't seem busy at the place, so I just didn't like waiting that long, like 20 minutes or longer, for her to come in. That's my only complaint."

"Just a little glitch.... my original 6 month appointment was a t Platteville on April 4th. I am a pastor and ended up needed to do a funeral for a family at the time of my appointment. Online I cancelled that appointment and it gave me several to choose from to reschedule.... mostly 4 and 4:30 the next week. I choose 4pm Monday April 7 as my husband had PT at SWHC 2:30-3:15. I didn't ever receive a confirmation of the April 7 appointment like i usually do by text. BUT midday i was called to see if I could come in any earlier than 4. I noticed it was a Lancaster phone #,,,, I told her about the PT appointment.... all I could do was come right over after it...... And I then found out my appointment was in Lancaster instead of Platteville!!! I did make it by 4.... but would have gone to the Platteville clinic if not for that Lancaster phone call. Alison and I talked about that too and she felt bad that online it had not indicated to me that the choice I was making was Lancaster. Now, I will continue to schedule with Alison at Lancaster from here on... I have NO desire to change to a Platteville doctor.... all is fine. But she and I thought you should know that online it did not indicate to me which clinic the new appointment was in!! Thanks!"
