"Well, I think that I have severe depression and it was so bad that I couldn't even get out of bed nor did I want to do anything. And a lot of times I cancel my appointments to only make them again, hoping by that time I would be out of my deep depression and usually I wasn't. So I think that they need to take into consideration. Sometimes a patient may be a certain way because they're so severely depressed. And I would say that that is a red flag when you have patients that aren't continually keeping their appointments. Now, sometimes with appointments that I had to change, they were valid, but other times, too, it was because I was so depressed. Okay."
