"I have been bothered with minor eye infections over the last four years and the antibiotic formulations did not seem quite on target. There was improvement but my vision was frequently blurred by a slight gunky film. The formulation that was prescribed on my recent visit to acute care has given effective immediate relief. Based on the improvement in my vision after two applications of the medication I am confident that it will totally clear after 48 hours of applying the medication. I appreciate the skill and knowledge of the Medical Associate staff."

"Miss Smith told me she couldn't do much for me except write a prescription. I had just finished a previous one that didn't do much for me. So she was reluctant to do so. So she sent me to the ER. At the ER they did a CT scan which didn't show anything. So the ER Dr. wrote me a prescription for pain and muscle relaxer. If Miss Smith had done this I would have saved the over $2000 that it is going to cost me in bills, something I cannot afford. I am NOT happy about this!"

The nurse and physician both listened to my concerns and took them seriously - I have not always had the best experience at the urgent care clinic but this visit changed that completely. I felt respected and well cared for. I would like to shoutout the pharmacist that assisted me at the Mercy @ Mercy location, she was also just a pleasure to talk to and answered all my questions. I cannot thank your staff enough for such a positive experience! As someone who works in healthcare, I hope I can provide that level of care and comfort for my clients."

"I came in to acute care per instructions of Dr Omerza for new gallbladder symptoms. I had labs and an ultrasound per the nurse practitioner. After they were done, Dr Healy who was on call came in and said he felt it should come out that night. He was very thorough in his explanation and reasons to have surgery and not wait. All staff was friendly."
