By th Dr Schaefer & nurse were very professional, courteous & kind. I received follow call that day with test results. All my questions were answered. "I have been bothered with minor eye infections over the last four years and the antibiotic formulations did not seem quite on target. There was improvement but my vision was frequently blurred by a slight gunky film. The formulation that was prescribed on my recent visit to acute care has given effective immediate relief. Based on the improvement in my vision after two applications of the medication I am confident that it will totally clear after 48 hours of applying the medication. I appreciate the skill and knowledge of the Medical Associate staff."

At the ER they did a CT scan which didn't show anything. So the ER Dr. wrote me a prescription for pain and muscle relaxer. If Miss Smith had done this I would have saved the over $2000 that it is going to cost me in bills, something I cannot afford. I am NOT happy about this!"
