    "I did digital check in but hit it right when I walked in and tossed my phone in my purse. 10+ minutes went by so I checked my phone and it said something went wrong with my check in. I told the desk staff and they got me checked in but I missed 15 minutes of an hour appt. I wish they would have looked up and verified who was sitting there. There weren't many of us."
