The Department of Psychiatry & Psychology is made up of a specialized support team trained to care for individuals of all ages with emotional, cognitive, and behavioral concerns such as:

Our board-certified psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and physician assistant provide thorough diagnostic assessment of mental disorders, and they prescribe appropriate medications based on current best practices in psychiatric care. They also provide diagnostic evaluation and medication management in the areas of child, adolescent, adult, and geriatric psychiatry. Their services span the full range of mental health disorders and behavior problems.

Our licensed psychologists provide a variety of psychological services including diagnostic assessment, psychological and cognitive testing, and psychotherapy based on research-supported methods in psychology. They provide thorough diagnostic evaluations and psychotherapy for the full spectrum of mental health diagnoses. They also conduct diagnostic assessments that may involve psychological and/or cognitive testing, such as the assessment of personality disorders, behavior problems, autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, learning disabilities, dementia or Alzheimer's disease, and intellectual disability. Additionally, our psychologists offer therapy for couples.
