New Provider Joins Medical Associates Family Medicine

Medical Associates Clinic is pleased to announce the arrival of Reilly Wojciehowski, MD, to our Family Medicine Department.

Dr. Wojciehowski received her medical degree from the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Rockford, IL, and Bachelor of Science in Biology Research, Minor in Chemistry from Loras College in Dubuque, IA. She also completed her residency in Family Medicine at the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Rockford, IL.

Most recently, she worked as a Campus Physician at Rockford University in Rockford, IL.

As a member of the Medical Associates Family Medicine Department, Dr. Wojciehowski provides immediate and routine care including diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses for patients of all ages.

Our Family Medicine Department is a dedicated team trained to offer complete care for patients of all ages, conveniently allowing all family members to see the same provider. Our experienced physicians and nurse practitioners provide services that address routine care to complex medical issues.
