Medical Associates Health Plans welcomes John Winter as its new Director of Sales & Account Management.

John received his Master of Business Administration from Webster University in St. Louis, MO, and Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from National University in San Diego, CA. Most recently, John was an Agency Owner at Allstate. Before that, he was a Regional Sales Director at UnitedHealthcare.

As a member of Medical Associates Health Plans, John oversees sales strategy, builds and maintains strong relationships with employers and partners, and collaborates across teams to deliver customized health insurance solutions. He also focuses on client and member engagement, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction, while analyzing market trends and performance data to identify opportunities that support long-term growth and organizational goals.
