Medical Associates Clinic Welcomes New Director of Revenue Cycle

Medical Associates Clinic welcomes Zach Miller as its new Director of Revenue Cycle.

Zach received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Minor in Sociology from the University of Iowa in Iowa City, IA. Most recently, Zach served as the Director of Patient Access & RHM Financial Services at MercyOne in Dubuque, IA. Before that, he was the Revenue Cycle Director at Horn Memorial Hospital in Ida Grove, IA.

Zach is a Dubuque native, and as a member of the Medical Associates Clinic, he provides administrative and strategic leadership for Revenue Cycle services, overseeing key operational functions that support regulatory compliance, financial performance, and positive patient and provider experiences.
