New Provider Joins Medical Associates Orthopedics

Medical Associates Clinic is pleased to announce the arrival of Shawn Brandenburg, DO, to our Orthopedics Department.

Dr. Brandenburg received his medical degree from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences in Kansas City, MO, and Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology, Minor in Chemistry from the University of Nebraska Omaha in Omaha, NE. He also completed his residency in Orthopedic Surgery at Metro Health - University of Michigan Hospital in Wyoming, MO, and fellowship in Adult Reconstruction at Hedley Orthopaedic Institute of the West in Phoenix, AZ.

With a deep understanding of bone, joint, and musculoskeletal conditions, Dr. Brandenburg provides comprehensive orthopedic care, personalized to meet each patient’s unique needs. Most recently, he worked as an Orthopedic Surgeon at Columbus Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Clinic in Columbus, NE.

Dr. Brandenburg is board-certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Orthopedic Surgery, demonstrating the highest standards for education, knowledge, and ongoing professional development. This certification is also a mark of competence and commitment to delivering quality healthcare to patients.

As a member of the Medical Associates Orthopedics Department, Dr. Brandenburg provides outpatient treatment and surgical care for disorders related to muscles, joints, and bones, including those caused by trauma, sports injury, or chronic disease.
