Fresenius Medical Care and Medical Associates Clinic to Open Industry-Leading Dialysis Center in Dubuque
Fresenius Medical Care, the world's leading provider of products and services for individuals with renal diseases, has formed a joint venture partnership with Medical Associates Clinic to operate an industry-leading dialysis center, Fresenius Medical Care Dubuque, LLC d/b/a as Fresenius Kidney Care Dubuque Dialysis. This partnership brings advanced kidney care to the Dubuque, Iowa community, providing the opportunity for patients to access high-quality, life-sustaining treatments closer to home.

Andrew Bland, MD, MBA, MS, Nephrologist at Medical Associates Clinic, will serve as the Medical Director of the new dialysis center. With extensive experience in nephrology and dialysis unit management, Dr. Bland has successfully led initiatives to improve patient outcomes and enhance operational efficiencies.
The new dialysis center will provide comprehensive renal care, including in-center hemodialysis and home dialysis training programs. With the latest technology, a highly skilled team of nephrologists and other care team members, and a patient-centered approach, the dialysis center is designed to enhance comfort and improve treatment outcomes. Flexible scheduling, personalized care plans, and compassionate support are intended to help patients and their families feel cared for every step of the way.
