Binghua Li, MD, Becomes Certified with the American Board of Surgery

Medical Associates Clinic is pleased to announce that Binghua Li, MD, PhD, has successfully passed the 2025 General Surgery Qualifying and Certifying Examinations and is Board Certified by the American Board of Surgery.

Certification by the American Board of Surgery is a significant achievement that represents the highest standard in Surgery with demonstration of clinical judgment, skills, and attitudes essential for excellent patient care.

Dr. Li joined Medical Associates Clinic in December 2024, where he provides a full spectrum of general surgery services, including traditional, minimally invasive, robotic-assisted, and complex procedures.

Dr. Li received his medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine in Pittsburgh, PA, Doctor of Philosophy in Biochemistry from the Chinese Academy of Sciences Shanghai Institutes for Biological Sciences in Shanghai, China, and Bachelor of Science in Biological Science from Ludong University in Yantai, China. He also completed his residency in General Surgery at Creighton University Medical Center in Omaha, NE.
