The Department of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery provides treatment of diseases and disorders of the foot and its associated structures.

Special Services:
The podiatrists provide services for patients with a wide variety of diseases and disorders of the feet. This care can involve medical, mechanical, and/or surgical treatment. Common conditions managed are bunions, hammertoes, ganglions, heel pain, diabetic foot care, arthritis, corns, calluses, warts, nail problems, and flat feet.

For patients who have complaints associated with mechanical foot disorders, the department provides comprehensive orthotic treatment to ensure proper foot support.
