Tri-State Occupational Health recognizes that problems outside the
workplace have the potential to influence an employee's job performance.
With respect to the emotional and personal needs of individuals,
Tri-State Occupational Health, in conjunction with Medical Associates
Clinic and Mercy Medical Center, provides access to a comprehensive
Employee Assistance Program.
Problems addressed by our Employee Assistance Program include family/
marital difficulties, general stress, financial/legal trouble, and
addictive conditions such as alcoholism, chemical abuse, and compulsive
gambling. Services are available to employees who recognize a need
for assistance, or the program can be suggested by the employer.
Employee health and overall job performance can be significantly
improved with professional evaluation and assistance. The program's
flexibility is designed to meet the particular needs of the employer
as well.
