Cascade Family Health Center is a satellite office of Medical Associates
Clinic, P.C. in Dubuque. The clinic is located at 24688 Highway
136 South. The clinic is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m.
to 5 p.m. Appointments can be made by calling 563-852-7756 or 800-648-6868.
We have on-site x-ray and lab capabilities. We are a family practice
facility willing to take care of all your lifelong needs. We provide
well care, in addition to acute and emergent care. We also provide
care at Shady Rest Nursing Home in Cascade and the Chateau Royale
in Worthington.
Our clinic is also part of the Mercy Family Care Network. Mercy
has a pharmacy and a physical therapy department within our building.
