Insurance
Processing:
Medical Associates Clinic will file insurance claims directly to
insurance carriers, or assist in getting the correct information
to file claims. The staff also work with insurance carriers to insure
that patients receive timely and appropriate reimbursement. Please

Medical Records:
Information concerning health care
and medical services is maintained in a personal record retained
at the Clinic. Medical information is available to the Clinic’s
providers via the Clinic’s electronic medical record and/or
through the historical paper record. This insures that each Clinic
provider who sees a patient will have appropriate access to current
and past information regarding medical diagnoses and treatment
