Insurance
Processing:
Medical Associates Clinic will file insurance claims directly to
insurance carriers, or assist in getting the correct information
to file claims. The staff also work with insurance carriers to insure
that patients receive timely and appropriate reimbursement. Please

Medical Records:
All information concerning health
care and medical services is maintained in a personal record filed
at the Clinic. This insures that each physician who sees a patient
will have complete access to past medical treatments, test, and
care. Medical records are transported between both the East and
West Campus and tracked by an automated system.
