Culture
In addition to being a great place to work,
we also strive to make Medical Associates a fun place to work.
Below are just a few of the things we do to add fun to our
work day.
- The Fun Committee is an entire committee dedicated
to making work fun. This committee sponsors events throughout
the year as well as holding drawings and doing giveaways.
 The
Wellness Committee is committed to improving employee
health through activities, programs, and information.- Employee Appreciation Week is held during July
and celebrates employees with a grill out lunch, giveaways,
and fun treats all week long.
- Employee Recognition Programs are developed to
recognize our exceptional employees. Currently we recognize
one employee a month for our Service Excellence Award.
 Employees
are also recognized by our “Be the Reason Program”
where co-workers/ patients/managers can nominate employees
that they see going above and beyond.
- Service Awards are given to employees to thank
them for their 3 years, 5 years, 10 years, 15 years, etc.
of service.
- Discounts for Medical Associates’ employees
are available at many local restaurants, entertainment establishments,
and other businesses. We also offer discounted tickets to
area attractions, including Kerasote Theater, Adventureland,
and Noah’s Ark.
- Complimentary Coffee and Hot Chocolate are available
for employees in all Medical Associates' break rooms.
