Our Benefits
|
We
value our employees and strive to make Medical Associates
a great place to work. That is why we offer a comprehensive
pay and benefits package to our employees. Below is a snapshot
of what we offer.
- Paid Time Off is available for employees to use
after only 90 days. We understand that employees need a
work/life balance, and our Paid Time Off allows employees
the flexibility to find this balance.
- Vacation accrues at a rate of approximately
14 days per year for full-time employees
- Sick time accrues at a rate of approximately
12 days per year for full-time employees and may only
be used for personal illness.
- Holidays are celebrated 6 days per year: New
Years, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving,
and Christmas.
- Health Insurance is available to employees effective
the 1st day of the month after hire. We also offer employees
the option to cover their family (spouse and eligible children).
- Dental Insurance is available effective the 1st
day of the month after hire. Employees may choose a single
plan or a family plan and are able to see the dentist of
their choice.
- Life Insurance is provided to all full-time employees
by Medical Associates, equal to annual earnings.
- Retirement Program
- 401(k) is available for employees to contribute
to immediately when they are hired. After one year of
service and enrollment date, Medical Associates will
provide a match to employees annually.
- Profit Sharing will be contributed by Medical
Associates after one year of service and enrollment
date.
