What is the Medical Associates
LPN Tuition Reimbursement Program?

Medical Associates is offering an exciting tuition reimbursement program that includes full tuition reimbursement for successful LPN hires.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Apply before or up to 3 months following LPN graduation.
  • Successfully complete Board Certification & Licensure process Boards must be passed within 4 months of hire date.
  • Interview with Medical Associates and receive an employment offer.
  • Complete all pre-hire steps (physical, drug testing, successful background check, etc.)

Reimbursement Guidelines
For 2008, $7,000 maximum reimbursement (if education expenses paid to the employee exceeds $5,250 in any given year, then the portion paid above $5,250 will be treated as taxable income on the employee’s W-2 and subject to FICA and income tax withholding).

  • 25% will be reimbursed after successful Introductory Period (90 days) with “commendable” or better full-time performance.
  • 25% will be reimbursed after completion of first year of full-time service as an LPN with “commendable” or better performance.
  • 25% will be reimbursed after completion of second year of full-time service as an LPN with “commendable” or better performance.
  • 25% will be reimbursed after completion of third year of full-time service as an LPN with “commendable” or better performance.

Competitive salary
The LPN pay range for 2008 is $13.23 (min.) to $19.85 (max.) with mid-point of the range at $16.54. We review our salary ranges annually to ensure we remain competitive in the market.

Hours
Most departments have minimal holiday or evening coverage, and most positions are “weekends free” or limited to Saturday mornings.

Medical Associates is a multispecialty clinic. The clinical staff includes 107 Physicians, 42 other providers (PA, NP, DPM, PT, Audiology), 997 total employees, 33 specialties, and ancillary services including radiology, lab, PT/OT, pharmacy, and an ambulatory surgery center.
